The intern will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of Human Resources processes and activities. They will assist with recruitment tasks, including circulating vacancy notices, arranging interviews, preparing materials, and supporting reference checks. They will help maintain personnel files, prepare HR-related correspondence, and support meetings, trainings, and other HR events through logistical and document‑related tasks.

Eligibility and Selection:

In general, the Internship Programme aims at attracting students and graduates who: 

a) are in their undergraduate or postgraduate studies at the University of Westminster (except those in their first year of undergraduate studies)

b) have an interest in, or whose studies have covered, areas relevant to IOM programmes and activities;
