This internship will support the Regional HR function in strengthening its analytics capability and accelerating HR digital transformation initiatives. The intern will support the modernisation of HR analytics by auditing current reporting practices, defining key metrics, and developing dynamic Power BI dashboards. They will enhance HR data governance through quality diagnostics, standardisation of data definitions, and creation of data‑monitoring tools. The role also includes mapping and optimising HR processes to identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined workflows. Additionally, the intern will contribute to HR digital transformation by building automated workflows, developing Power Platform solutions, and supporting change management and user adoption efforts.

Eligibility and Selection:

In general, the Internship Programme aims at attracting students and graduates who: 

a) are in their undergraduate or postgraduate studies at the University of Westminster (except those in their first year of undergraduate studies)

b) have an interest in, or whose studies have covered, areas relevant to IOM programmes and activities;
