Under the overall supervision of the Chief, GSSC Finance Hub, the intern supports the identification, design, and implementation of process improvements across finance and adjacent operational workflows. The role combines foundational business analysis and continuous improvement methods with practical skills in data analytics and responsible use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, compliance, user experience, and decision-making. The intern will help map end-to-end processes, analyze performance and control gaps, automate routine tasks where feasible, and contribute to the adoption of fit-for-purpose digital solutions while ensuring appropriate internal controls and data protection.

Eligibility and Selection:

In general, the Internship Programme aims at attracting students and graduates who: 

a) are in their undergraduate or postgraduate studies at the University of Westminster (except those in their first year of undergraduate studies)

b) have an interest in, or whose studies have covered, areas relevant to IOM programmes and activities;
